We help children, youth and communities at large, to seek solutions through quality education across their life cycle.
In Sri Lanka, Aide et Action runs 14 vocational training and skills development centres, recognised by the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training, Government of Sri Lanka. Our livelihood education and vocational training program, iLEAD , has provided vocational training and worked towards development of leadership qualities and high quality communication and other soft skills for more than 3000 lesser-privileged youth in Sri Lanka.
As part of our commitment towards developing high quality human resourses of international calibre, we are organising these workshop. It is with the belief that in future such qualified and sensitive human resources would become role models and mentors to many other youth who are being trained under our skills development program.
